Here you can see a small sample of the commercial projects we have designed and managed through to successful planning approval.

Commercial projects always require a full planning application (Permis de Construire or "PC") - due to the size and nature, and most involve thermal modelling work inline with the RE2020 regulations.
​
A lot of these projects involve conversion of existing buildings into spaces for commercial activities. It is these types of projects that require specific ERP (Etablissement Recevant de Publique) applications relating to disabled access and fire regulation compliance. This is in addition to the normal full planning application.
