Here you can see a small sample of the new build projects we have designed and received planning approval for.

Nearly all the projects featured required a full planning permission "Permis de Construire" ("PCMI") as well as thermal attestations inline with the RE2020 thermal regulations. Some also required surveys relating to the planned installation of private drainage systems and other compliance approvals that we also worked on to obtain.
